Red Kite Hide Photography Workshop

A fully guided photography workshop at the famous Red Kite feeding station in Wales. Expect to see and photograph at least one hundred Red Kites and several Buzzards coming to feed. We will be close to the action in a hide booked out exclusively for our event. Full photography support and tuition provided.

This photography workshop will take place atGigrin Farm in mid-Wales, probably the best place in the UK to get up close and personal to these magnificent birds. In fact, Gigrin Farm was the last stronghold of Red Kites in Britain and thanks to the forward-thinking farmers the much-persecuted species was saved from extinction in this country at this very location. The staff have been putting out a regular mid-afternoon feed everyday for several years and the birds come from miles around to enjoy the feast.
